2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7 - 15 business days. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3 - 7 business days.
3. Shipment Tracking
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update online.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country. We have no control over these additional charges.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged items so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
